Must have skills for a Salesforce Consultant

  • Salesforce certification in both developer and consultant tracks.
  • Hands-on experience implementing one or more of the following the following Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community/Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Health Cloud, FSC, Field Service, Vlocity, Mulesoft, nCino, Einstein.
  • Consulting and/or technology implementation experience.
  • Some experience managing the design & implementation of technology across multiple projects at a time.
  • Be confident managing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience defining strategy, understanding clients business process, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions.

Responsibilities of this role

  • Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business
  • Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience
  • Work on Salesforce automation to streamline processes
  • Manage multiple stakeholders' engagements and work with associated team members to understand projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions for these teams
  • Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them
