Our client, a leading B2B eCommerce company in the MENA region generating $100M in annual revenue and processing 25,000 orders per month, is looking for an experienced Oracle NetSuite Project Manager to oversee the implementation and customization of NetSuite’s accounting component, ensuring the finance team adopts best practices and operates efficiently.

The company is finalizing the implementation of Oracle NetSuite to replace QuickBooks for its financial operations.

• The NetSuite implementation began 1.5 years ago with an Oracle partner, but the integration process was complex, particularly in aligning NetSuite with the client's custom-built eCommerce platform.
• Order flows are now successfully integrated, but accounting processes still require optimization and proper oversight.
• The finance team lacks deep NetSuite expertise, and processes need fine-tuning to ensure seamless operations.

 Main Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Ensure the proper implementation of NetSuite’s accounting functionality, troubleshooting and resolving any inefficiencies.
• Guide the finance team in adopting best practices for NetSuite’s Finance & Procurement modules.
• Validate the customization of NetSuite and identify any gaps or necessary refinements in financial workflows.
• Test system configurations to ensure accounting processes are accurate and aligned with business needs.
• Facilitate change management by training finance and accounting teams in NetSuite operations.
• Act as a bridge between finance, tech teams, and Oracle partners, ensuring alignment and smooth operations.
• Oversee process optimization, ensuring NetSuite interfaces correctly with accounting workflows.

Experiencia profesional

• Proven experience in full-cycle NetSuite implementations (end-to-end projects).
• Hands-on expertise with NetSuite’s Finance & Procurement modules, particularly in accounting workflows.
• Experience both as a NetSuite partner AND a user (understands both the tech-side setup & end-user pain points).
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and how accounting integrates with an ERP system.
• Logistics and Distribution plus eCommerce experience is required.
• Strong process improvement skills, ensuring optimal system adoption and utilization.
